Saving time and money with Chemist Direct

Last year I felt as if I was the only person who hadn't realised you could order online from chemist/ health and beauty stores.  It wasn't until I popped over to a beauty blog and read her post on what she had ordered from one that it finally dawned on me.  Seems quite odd considering I do most of my other shopping online, that I hadn't considered it before.  Since then I've been happily ordering away, especially on my hair dye and hair removal cream.  It has literally saved me loads of time, as working full time, school runs and a house to look after didn't give me a lot of time to juggle going to the chemist, which for these items meant driving 15-20 mins away as my local stores do not stock the specific items I need.

So I've been looking around all the different sites, my latest find is Chemist Direct, this site has a big plus for me, stocking pet items as well as the usual goods, reducing my shopping needs even more. They have loads of trusted named brands to choose from and if your a bulk buyer there are some great offers to take advantage of.   My first order came through this week and I went for quite a mixed bag of goodies.

As my order was over £40 I received free delivery which was great. When ordering as soon as your reach £40 you will get the FREE DELIVERY award pop up.  I would like to note upon receiving the order that the bottles were all carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to minimize any potential leaks, which there was none.

Ordering from the site was extremely easy with plenty of ways to search for goods.  Typing in the search bar automatically brings up matching products that are currently on the site before pressing the search button, or press the search button for a full page view of items available.  Alternatively you can use the categories in the menu bar to find your goods.  When on a product page it will also show you products at the bottom that 'Customers who shopped for this item also shopped for'.  You also have the option of searching by brands and ratings. Use the product zoom feature for a great close up too.  Ways to pay for your order are through Paypal, Card or over the telephone.
