I have to agree, if you are miserable while dieting, you won't be able to successfully diet. I'm not a drinker of alcohol so this one doesn't apply, but I do happen to have a horrible love for Dr Pepper. lol. I treat myself to a diet Dr Pepper on occasion so I don't feel deprived, and I can keep losing weight.
