Today we have - Antipasto Sandwich Recipe from How Was Your Day
This is one of my favorite sandwiches. It's quick and easy to make, tastes indulgent, and keeps in the fridge for a few days.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichokes, well drained and chopped
- 1/2 can black olives, sliced
- 1 tomato chopped or
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 2-3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2-3 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Garlic powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Provolone cheese, sliced
Good bread or rolls
