Simple products that make a big difference

Photobucket

When I first heard of Moody Bands and had the chance to review them I immediately said yes as I love products that are so simple yet can give quite a big impact.  For children, especially younger children its so hard to understand how they feel and how to express themselves, even understanding what different feelings are is a huge stepping stone.  Which is why I think these are great, each moody band has a different emotion, colour and description making it so much easier for them to demonstrate and understand their own feelings.

The full pack of Moody Bands contain six different bands - yellow is excited, orange is happy, red is angry, grey is nervous, blue is sad and green is tired.  Each band has it's own emoticon and is made from 100% cotton.
Personally I have older boys and my thoughts went on my 11 year old son which was an added incentive to review, he's absolutely lovely and I love him to bits but he can get himself into such an amazing temper so quickly that it is sometimes hard to bring him back down.  Luckily he hasn't done this for a while but when the bands arrived I placed them in boys TV room and when I heard a little bit of arguing going on I walked in and simply said "so what bands are you boys going to wear then?" they immediately looked up and just started to laugh.  That's the trick with these bands, they are so fun that they do bring a smile to your face.
As soon as we looked at the angry band we all decided that this was reserved for Dad!  Even Dad agreed :-)  So, yes the products are for children but why not for adults as well, the learning never stops just because we get older!

  2. I think this is a good idea, because kids as well as adults like things to make you in a better mood. This would fun to see which one everyone would pick. As for myself I would have more than one on. haha!!
