BOOK TOUR & Giveaway - Revenge in Paradise by Deborah Brown, Paradise Series Book 6

When a man of questionable character’s corpse is found at The Cottages, beaten to death with Madison’s own gardening tools, she and her partner, Fab, set out to prove that the man’s abused girlfriend did not kill him. Along the way, Madison finds herself behind bars twice, held hostage in a mansion, and running from flying bullets.

There is no shortage of action, suspense, comedy, or romance in this edge-of-your-seat story of two friends with a knack for getting into—and somehow out of—trouble. This time they must answer one question: Who is responsible for getting their Revenge in Paradise?

Revenge in Paradise, is the sixth novel in Deborah Brown's Paradise series, which can be also read as a stand alone book.

About the Author
I've been writing, in one way or another for as long as I can remember; writing poetry, short stories, a romance novel secretly stashed under the bed and sappy love letters. Fiction should be fun. I wanted to create the perfect beach book, to make the reader laugh, cry and cheer... and then run out and tell their friends about it.

My love of reading began when I was seven, the day I opened the cover of my first Mrs. Piggle Wiggle book. Mrs. P gave lessons to other children in how to behave and to me I learned to love the written word. I live with my family and demon children aka rescue cats in South Florida.

  1. This sounds like a fun action packed mystery and I love the setting I could use a little vacation right now though I'll let Madison take my share of the dead bodies.

  2. The funniest thing that happened to me and my friends was to be trapped inside a car on an empty road for hours! It should have been stressful but it was fun because we were 16, and everything is fun at that age :P

  5. One night my friends and I went out to a new club to see a band that we were friends with play. We tried a new drink the bartender recommended that he called "Montezuma's Revenge" with a warning that it is quite strong. The drink didn't seem strong at all and we were laughing at how we could drink others under the table if this drink was considered strong. It was just about time for the band to take a break so we girls thought we should run to the restroom before so we could visit with them during the break. When we all stood up each one of us sat right back down. Hard. The drink hit us hard and none of us would have been able to walk if it were at all possible to get to our feet. When the guys in the band saw how wasted we were and we were laughing and telling them about our one drink that did this to us they thought it was funny. They teased us on stage by hollering out "Montezuma!" and we were then known as "The Montezuma girls" from then on.

  6. I was driving up a sandy hill when my husband said, "Hold it". I immediately slammed on the brakes and we were stuck on that sandy hill. To me, "Hold it" meant stop immediately. However, my husband meant for me to hold tight to the steering wheel. We had a good laugh as we worked tp free the car from the sand.

  8. The first times my friends and I played Cards Against Humanity was probably the funniest because my husband (who is normally a very serious guy) was giggling like a little boy all night long. Hearing him laugh made everyone else laugh.

  9. I don't know that I have anything really funny that happened to us but my friend was up from Virginia last weekend and we had a great time. We went out for lunch and a bonfire later that evening. It was a good time.

  10. I was with 3 of my best girlfriends and we were cruising in this brand new cool car she bought. The sun roof was open and we were attracting quite a lot of attention. Suddenly, it started to rain heavenly and we struggled to close the sun roof but it was jammed. We were drenched and the other motorists were laughing at us!

  13. My friends and I, racing up the second floor of Macy's, from Cinnabon, to make it on time, to get in line for Aerosmith tickets in 1993. We did not know that the area we were at dad just been floor-polished. We were sliding like the cast from The Breakfast Club, laughing so hard. We got the tickets.
