I have two kids, aged 14 and 10. The stress and pressures they are under is incredible. Nothing like it was in my day - gosh, that makes me sound like an old fogey! Technology has a massive part to play in that. My son (the 14 year-old) seems to be constantly glued to one screen or another. It's a nightmare trying to get him to snap out of that, and do something more 'healthy'. Yes, a book giving guidance on how to deal with all the pressures kids are under today is extremely timely! Tx
ReplyDeleteI wish I could hear more on your views on the book. It sounds interesting but your personal views would be awesome.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read this one April as its only an ebook and not printed, but I wish I could as its just my type of book.

ReplyDeleteIn many ways I am almost glad I had no children the way the world is now. It is so different and the challenges facing the kids and their parents with all the new and evolving technology. It sounds like all parents should read this book.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great book for my sister and nieces who have little ones. It would make a great gift idea for them also. Thanks for sharing.
