Comfort Reads: Which books do you go to for comfort & familiarity?
Is there a type of book you seek out when you're needing that extra bit of comfort in your life?
Good old fashioned books for me, my favourite authors are Margaret Dickinson and Mary E Pearce, love em !!
Q: Jumping Genres: Ever pick up a book from a genre you usually don't like and LOVE it? Tell us about it and why you picked it up in the first place.
Oh yes!!! Totally never been one to read Sci-Fi or Fantasy, than along came a book review - liked the cover lol and thought I would give it a go. Turned out to be one of the best reads I have read, loved it!!
Super Born: Seduction of Being, a fabulous new sci-fi, fantasy novel by Keith Kornell follows a single mom in Scranton, PA who suddenly develops superpowers and the journalist who discovers her heroic, high-flying antics. Follow her as she struggles to balance her superpowers with her duties as a single mom, questions morally and ethically the immensity of her new found skills, and wrestles with whether or not to keep them a secret from her daughter. All while dealing with those who wish to abuse her powers!
Another book to add to my never-ending TBR pile!

I haven't read any of these books. Arrrrrrrrgh! How come we bookbloggers don't get twice as much to live as other people? Just think about how fair that would be.. We spend so much time reading, after all.. >_<
