This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of ING Direct. All opinions are 100% mine.
New Year = New Thinking. And for us it's all about money. Money is really difficult at the moment but even so, on looking at what we spend there are still ways we could save. We've been looking around for Savings Accounts and came acrossING Direct. offering savings, mortgages and insurance, but they are based in the UK with UK based call centres, which is a big plus in my eyes.
I found this great widget from them which gives you the ability to find out, on average, how much UK households are saving in the selected areas. By zooming in a particular area even further, you can further narrow down the results, showing you the county average and even the district average.
I've tried it and it really opened my eyes, not only on the money we spend that could be saved but also if your nosey like me the difference in the average amount different regions save, its a bit of an eye opener !!
Try it out for yourselves and leave me a comment to let me know how much you could be saving :-)
