Boring Bags and Rucksacks no more with Gutzy Gear plus Give Away

Photobucket
Gutzy Gear, isn't that just an awesome name for a product, especially children's items.  They make bright, fun, removable designed patches that stick onto the bag/rucksack Gutzy strap.  This turned out to be a brilliantly timed review for me as my son was going abroad for 5 days with his school and it would be a great test on the strength and durability of the shoulder straps but more importantly the patches themselves.
I was lucky enough to receive two sets of the shoulder straps and eight different badges to choose from.  The badges are really eye catching and I couldn't wait for the kids to come home!  By the time they arrived I had already picked out my favorites, which were the dragons. My younger son surprised me by not picking the dragons as his favorite, he loved the cheeky monkey with the shades and the eldest chose the guitar as his favorite.

First we folded the soft Gutzy shoulder straps around  my sons rucksack straps, this was extremely easy to do and I was pleasantly surprised at just how strong these were when attached. Then for the fun part, choosing which and how many patches to stick onto the straps.  What fun !!  I found the patches to be really good quality and when placed onto the straps were very strongly attached. Although we did change the order of the patches a few times this was simply done by removing them and re-sticking with the same initial sticking strength.
Now for the big test, 5 days away from home with the Gutzy Gear in place on his rucksack.  Test one - how will mam cope without him for 5 days?  Test two - How many, if any, patches will still be attached on his return?  Well, Test one - mam didn't cope very well at all and sat watching the clock and counting the days most of the time.  Test two - This even surprised me, ALL the patches returned home and still stuck strongly on the straps as well.  So we have a fail for test one and a unbelievable pass for test two.
What makes this even more fun for the kids is that there are absolutely loads of patches to collect and even swap with their friends, so they can change them as many times as they like.
I really like this product, a great unique idea.  These would make a great present for the kids and the quality and durability of the Gutzy products means that your money is well spent.  One word of warning,  not to be out done, when my husband spotted these he thought it would be a really cool idea to put the strap and a couple of patches on his work bag for a bit of fun, so you may have to buy for one extra child!
