CATCH ME IF YOU CAN
What fun this week, I haven’t had as much fun in a long time. It had been quite a long day, no walk, no games, I was getting quite bored. Not the life I’m accustomed to!! How can I change things, I thought to myself, how can I get their attention? Then it dawned on me the black plastic toy, it always works – never fails, they call it something like a remote, but it’s just another toy to me. Accept this one seems to get them crazy when I’ve got hold of it in my mouth and I have to run like mad to get away from them. So that’s what I did, I scoured the places where it’s usually hidden, found it and then paraded around until someone noticed. Up they jumped shouting me to give the toy back, NO WAY, I ran and they chased. Up and down the stairs we went, round and round the rooms, they were getting close though so I headed for the bed, that’s my secret weapon. They go one side I go another, they go the the top of the bed and I jump to the bottom, it’s so funny seeing them running around and around, although they do seem to get redder and redder in the face. It goes on for an absolute age, usually help appears on their side, which is a little unfair as its 2 onto 1. Once I’ve had enough, and gained enough attention, I let them catch me - but I don’t let them know I’ve gave in, I let them have their victory, it’s a secret ...................
